Jones denied deliberately using a banned substance and later stated he failed the test for a heart medicine he had been taking since joining the league.
"I just want to clear my name in terms of I'm not cheating the game of football," he told ESPN's Todd Archer last month. "It's prescription medication."
Pollard had 72 rushing yards on 25 rushes and 37 receiving yards in Dallas' 30-10 win over the Jets on Sunday, its second consecutive.
Pollard also had 70 rushing yards and two touchdowns in their season-opening blowout win over the Giants. He's doing well replacing Ezekiel Elliott, who the team released this offseason.
Teammates Rico Dowdle and Deuce Vaughn are available. On seven carries, Dowdle gained 26 yards against the Jets.
